Your item will be dispatched promptly via Royal Mail standard or express delivery, recorded delivery if required on an extra cost as soon as payment is received.
Every product we sell is hand selected for its highest quality and condition. We describe all our items as accurately as possible and to the best of our knowledge through text and pictures. Products colours may vary some times due to different display monitors resolutions, mobile phone, tablets etc. All images of products taken on/through computer monitors, mobile phones and tablets display varying colours. We do our best to make sure the images of the products and text give an accurate representation/image of the product.
One flat rate for all UK customers £ 2.99 per item. Additional item £ 0.99. Free shipping on £ 50 or more spent. International buyers please contact for the postage price of their country.
International buyers: Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying hats. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item prior to shipping. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We post our orders within 2 working day of payment and are happy to combine postage costs for any additional items. Alternatively, Express delivery with tracking service via Royal Mail recorded or special delivery with a quoted delivery time of 1 or 2 business days is also available at an additional charge. Shipping may be influenced by holidays, bad weather, events and other uncertainties in which case arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. We only send our sold products to PayPal confirm registered address.
We take pride in all the products that we sell. We accept returns of our products, normally returns will be accepted for extreme misrepresentation of the item. If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we will do all we can to resolve the matter. We would appreciative if you contact us first before sending the item back or any feedback. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a fourteen day (14) refund. All return postage costs must be met by the buyer and the item must be in original condition unworn along with the original packaging and with tags attached before a refund may be issued. Please always obtain the proof of postage for future reference.
